Rosalia Vila is Rosalia Vila is a Spanish flamenco singer and pop artist. As a teen, Rosalia has delved into the dark side of both pop and traditional music. Her voice has been called by no less of a talent than flamenco musician Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp however with a bit of bite similar to the old ones. El Mal Querer gained her fame and critical acclaim following her debut album Los Angeles was released in 2017. The album earned her the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami came out as her third album that was full-length. It included collaborations on songwriting with other performers and producers like Cory Henry. This set was released on March 20, 2022 following an Saturday Night Live performance featuring the track Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia became the first Spanish solo performer to be a part of the show on Saturday Night Live. Motomami was the only female ever to be the recipient of the Latin Album of the Year twice, and also three Latin Grammy Awards.
